Mercury 0.10.2, if/when it is released, will only contain bug fixes for
0.10.1, not new features (such as the modified treatment of higher-order
function insts mentioned in this thread).
Note that the ftp site contains 0.10.2-beta releases.
If we do release 0.10.2, it will be almost identical to these
0.10.2-beta releases.

The next release including new features would be 0.11.

We don't have any specific plans for release dates.
In part it depends on user demand.
