Whenever you change the menubar the mailing list archives need to be
recreated (otherwise only the latest month gets the new menubar).

This is done by changing into the mailing-list directory. Running
make to get the new menubar and then ./create_archive.

I have done this, but just letting the knowledge escape a bit more.
