Use Opium-M ;-)

Then you will be able to define (in Prolog) any macros you need. Note that you
don't need to know Prolog to use it, just to extend it. I say that because I
have recently realised that a lot of people think they need to program in
Prolog to use Opium-M, which is wrong.
