As the name implies, the INSTALL.git file tells you how to install Mercury
*if* you checked out Mercury from its git depository, i.e. if you are
a Mercury developer, and already have Mercury installed on your system.
I have no idea why you think installation information for Mercury should
be on vimawesome, instead of on Mercury's own site, mercurylang.org.
Please get Mercury from there.
BTW, you probably want to read the last few days' message on m-users,
which helped someone else install Mercury.
