[mercury-users] broken source distributions

Hi all,

Installing Mercury from the source distribution has been broken
for about a week or so.  Specifically, the `make install' step
will break and complain about being unable to find mercury_compile.

I'm just testing a fix for the above problem  In the meantime, a 
workaround for the isntallation process is as follows: for the
step where you would normally need to invoke `make install', instead
do the following:

 	make install
 	make install_compiler
 	make install
