[mercury-users] Ouch! The .m extension and Objective-C

Even if that is the case, I don't think it is likely to be a significant
problem.  Mercury's build system, Mmake, will work fine even if there
are Objective-C files that use the `.m' extension in the same directory
as Mercury files.
