Mercury binary distribution for Windows

I've put a binary distribution of Mercury 0.8.1
built for MS Windows 95 with Cygwin version b20.1
on the Mercury ftp site at <ftp://turiel.cs.mu.oz.au>.
This distribution should probably work fine on Windows 98 or NT too.
