I'll add it to the wish list.  How much do you really need it?

Currently none of the foreign_* pragmas is documented either.  This is
because it is all experimental and subject to change, and documentation
in the references manual that gets put on the web page seems to imply
support and completeness.

I guess adding documentation on the branch would be OK.  So I will try
to do that soon, but realistically I have other deadlines that are going
to interfere with it in the short term.
