You don't.  That file gives the commits between the last 11.01 release
and the release of 11.07.0.  Any subsequent changes to the 11.07 branch 
will be record in /home/mercury/mercury1/repository/CVSROOT/commitlog.

When the next major release happens the contents of the above file
wil be copied into commitlog-YY.MM.
