[m-dev.] 10.04 branch created

Hi,

I have created the the branch for the 10.04 release.
It is:

    version-10_04-branch

The trunk is tagged at the point at which the branch was created,
version-10_04-branchpoint.

When posting changes please mention whether they are intended for
the 10.04 branch as well.
