[m-dev.] hlc.agc on ceres and almery

One of the changes committed earlier this week
has broken hlc.agc on ceres and almery.  I'm looking
into this at the moment.

In the meantime, I've removed this grade from the nightly tests
on these machines - it's not installing most of the other grades
which is annoying the users of these machines.
