[m-dev.] trivial diff: do mailing list search on www.mercury instead of hydra

Hi,

David Hornsby has just updated the DNS entry for
www.mercury.cs.mu.oz.au to point to venus.  With that, and the change
below, the Mercury web site should now run entirely off venus.

We still need to move the following services off hydra:
	- FTP server
	- NIS server
	- remote CVS server

Any volunteers?
