Oh, I'd guess "Medium".

(Clearly not "High", since we've just been changing it.
But it's a third-time-around design, having builtin
on the work of Hughes and Wadler, and if any changes are needed,
they can probably be just pure extensions done in a backwards-compatible
way -- I think the interface won't need to change too much.
Thus not "Low" either.)
