[m-dev.] Windows binary distribution

Hi,

I have a friend at HP who's wanting to try out Mercury for a problem
he's working on at the moment.  He tried downloading the Windows
binary from our FTP site but found out that the file wasn't there.
Does anyone know what's happened to it?
