Hi Oliver,

The documentation was *much* better this time.
But table_suspend and table_resume are notable exceptions ;-)

I'd like to see another diff for library/mercury_builtin.m and for
runtime/type_info.[ch] but for the rest the changes I have suggested
are pretty trivial, so I'll trust you on those.
