Hi,

The release is basically ready... currently it is in
<ftp://turiel.cs.mu.oz.au/pub/mercury/beta-releases/mercury-0.7-beta0.tar.gz>.
and unless we spot any mistakes I'll rename that as mercury-0.7.tar.gz.
We just need to make binary distributions.
