kryten & murlibobo down

Hi,

kryten and murlibobo are both out of action at the moment.  I think
they went out simultaneously at roughly 4:30pm today (Sat).  I was on
the system, building the release, when I noticed that all of a sudden
/home/mercury was cactus again.  It looked a bit like perhaps someone
was restoring it from backup, because some files disappeared and others
got older dates, but there was also some fresh corruption -- the
contents of the `mmc' script was suddenly replaced with that of another
file (the `smc' script, as it happens).  Then about a minute after that
both kryten and murlibobo hung :-(
