There was a problem with the mailing lists (actually all e-mail) that went
unnoticed until now. It was unnoticed because my casual check on Wednesday
suggested that all was working correctly, but it was not.

Part of the anti-spam system (the SPF test) was broken causing all e-mail bo
be rejected with a soft error. The soft error means that most SMTP servers
will retry to send the message, by convention for up to four days. So
hopefully no e-mail has been lost, however there may be some delays until
all the e-mail has been delivered.

If in 24 hours things still seem strange please let me know and I'll do what
I can to correct it.

Thanks.
