mmc --version will tell you.

0.12.1, 0.12.2, 0.13.0 and 0.13.1 have been released since then.  There
are also a large number of changes from 0.13.1 on the development branch.

for a list of recent additions.  Once change mentioned under those for the
0.13 release is that the compiler's performance has improved on predicates
with many clauses.  There have also been more recent improvements in this 
area.

In short, yes it has changed since then :-)
