Hi,

I've just got a new desktop computer with a Ubuntu distribution and the
latest ROTD fails to compile here:

mmc --generate-dependencies --grade hlc.gc      --mercury-linkage shared
--flags LIB_FLAGS   --flags INTER_FLAGS
-R/home/obo/opt/mercury-compiler-rotd-2007-02-10//lib/mercury/lib/hlc.gc
-R/home/obo/opt/mercury-compiler-rotd-2007-02-10//lib/mercury/lib
--no-warn-nothing-exported --no-warn-unused-imports   mer_std
Mercury runtime: error opening standard input stream in binary mode:
         fdopen() failed: Invalid argument

I haven't found any discussion on this in the forums, so I'm starting a
new one.

The full log is attached.

Thanks, Ondrej.
