Great. However, I have a question about callbacks.

If a C function is called by the operating system in response to
DispatchMessage or EnumFonts or whatever, how can it call Mercury?

Does it need to set up the stack or something, or is the callback case no
different from calling Mercury from a regular C function as described in
the reference manual?
