[mercury-users] Cross-compiling with mingw32

Actually this can be fixed by inserting a space after the -rpath, it 
seems. Then the link fails with:

/usr/local/mercury-0.11.0-mingw/lib/mercury/lib/asm_fast.gc/i686-pc-cygwin/libmer_rt.a(mercury_stack_trace.o): 
In function `MR_print_call_trace_info':
/home/fjh/build/0.11.0/mingw/mercury-compiler-0.11.0/runtime/mercury_stack_trace.c:913: 
undefined reference to `snprintf'
