No. At the moment, all we have are Fergus's extremely preliminary numbers
comparing a highly tuned conservative collector using a good algorithm
(generational collection) against an accurate collector using a simple,
slow algorithm (semi-space collection) that is not only not tuned at all,
but may not be fully debugged yet either.
