[mercury-users] Problem with mmake

		install GNU cat (it's part of the GNU textutils package).
		
I already have textutils-2.0.  Unfortunately, on the machine where I just
tried checking this, 'gcc' and 'as' aren't getting along very well, so I 
couldn't 'make'.  However, a careful inspection of textutils-2.0/src/cat.c
shows that it NOWHERE makes the check of input file's stat's st_mode that
is necessary, so I don't have any reason to believe that GNU cat would do
anything different here.  Someone who happened to try GNU cat on an NFS-
mounted directory might think that it was GNU cat that made it work (by
not working), when it was really NFS.  A later version of textutils may be
different, of course.
