[mercury-users] Field update functions - an aesthetics request

If a type has a field named `foo' then the update function
currently has to be named `foo:=' - I wonder if it's too
late to add a space in there (`foo :=')?  I think this is
less cluttered and (with a bit of twisting) one can argue
that it's in the same spirit as the `new bar' constructor
name for existentially quantified type instances.
