I've checked, I havn't started this.

I recall talking with Michael about it and we decided that it would be
better to have the new pragma warning working completely first so we can see
how useful this is.

I've checked my work on the new pragma also.  It looks like I have it
working for self-recursive code in both MLDS and LLDS backends.  But it is
not done for mutually recursive code.  Either with or without specifing the
predicates within the SCC.  I'm starting work on this now.
