Practically I tend to avoid code that uses words and symbols that have some
other special meaning.  I write module_ rather than module just to avoid the
syntax highlighting.  Therefore the change won't affect (much) of my code.

Philosophically I support making Mercury easier to use, especially for new
developers.  Language design wise I don't mind.

I support the change, I would also be happy with Peter's alternative of
providing a hint to developers in the error messages involving these
symbols.
