Update the list of people involved in the Mercury project.

w3/contact/include/people.inc:
 	Not everyone working on Mercury is at the University of Melbourne.

 	Paul is now a Phd student.

 	Mark and I are "research engineers" these days.
 	The MC guys are "senior software engineers" (according to Ian and
 	his business card.)

 	Shift Ralph out of the list of those currently working on Mercury.

 	Remove links to dead CSSE WWW pages.

 	Remove dead email addresses.

 	Add missing honours, summer and Phd students.
