Hi Quan, I noticed that you've commited this already, but did you remember to
issue 'cvs add' for files that you're adding as part of this change?

I'm getting the following error when I try to build Mercury:

make[1]: *** No rule to make target `rbmm.actual_region_arguments.m', needed by `transform_hlds.date0'.  Stop.
make[1]: *** Waiting for unfinished jobs....
