I would expect that people like myself will say:

./configure --enable-libgrades=...,asm_fast.gc.par.threadscope

Then mmake install _will_ install this additional grade.  AIUI the same or
a similar mechanism is used to select the grades installed nightly on our
machines, so I would update this script to have the threadscope grade built on
taura and probably goliath.
