Fix failure of tests/hard_coded/bit_buffer_test on 64-bit machines.

tests/hard_coded/bit_buffer_test.exp2:
 	Add an expected output for 64-bit machines.
 	(The differences is that some of the words that are printed
 	out as negative integers on 32-bit machines are not printed
 	as negative integers on 64-bit machines.)
