Failing tests cases on powerpc-apple-darwin7.9.0 in grade reg.par.gc are:

	debugger/cmd_quote
	debugger/interactive
	debugger/declarative/backtrack
	debugger/declarative/browse_arg
	debugger/declarative/ite_2
	debugger/declarative/throw
	general/string_format/string_format_o
	valid/ho_and_type_spec_bug

Those are all ones that are either currently failing for known reasons
(that have nothing to do with parallelism) or always fail on darwin
anyway (the string_format_o and interactive ones)
