I think the machine time taken is about 10 minutes - the rest of the
time seems to be spent paging.

Will do as soon as Mark finishes his review of the pprint changes.

I assumed everything on mercury-reviews that wasn't marked "trivial
diff" was up for review.  I take it that this isn't the case, then?
