ht://Dig has been using a lot of disk space on /home/hydra4,
which has been causing the nightly tests to fail.

w3/mailing_lists/include/search.php3:
	Search the mailing lists using www.mercury.cs.mu.oz.au (venus)
	rather than hydra. This will allow us to stop running ht://Dig
	on hydra. The ht://Dig database on venus indexes the whole web
	site, including the mailing list archive. That this wasn't done
	when the web site moved to venus was probably just an oversight.
