Well, on further investigation it appears that both the current Mercury
compiler and Mercury 0.10 already pass the test case that you added.
So (a) you can go ahead and enable it (the test is useful since it is
testing something different than the other sub-module tests),
but (b) you should come up with a different test case that
actually demonstrates the problem, if there is a problem.
