No, because I haven't installed the latest version of vim under Windows
yet.

It shouldn't work yet, because the view command first checks if there is
an X11 display before it does anything else.  I don't imagine it would
be too hard to get this feature working under Windows, though.  I'll
update my cygwin installation and look into it, sometime in the not too
distant future.
