[m-dev.] what kinds of items appear where

The attached SECTION_ITEMS file shows which kinds of items
appear in which sections of what kinds of parse trees or compilation
units during a simple bootcheck. It was obtained through the attached
diff, which I do NOT intend to commit.

I intend to use the info in this file to try to document the so-far-unwritten
invariants of the different kinds of parse trees, and if possible, to make
changes in the structure of those parse trees to enforce them automatically.
However, I thought it may also be of interest to others.
