Hi Zoltan.

Another question regarding the structures in the deep profiler tools.

In the perf_row_data type there are two records:

    perf_row_self                   :: inheritable_perf,
    perf_row_maybe_total            :: maybe(inheritable_perf)

I understand the meanings of these fields.  My question is, when can the
second field be 'no'?  If it is no can I use cost information from the
first field as the 'totals', such as if there are no descendants?
