The web page says "(Note that some of these URLs will be dangling links
until we have installed all the binary distributions.)".  I guess we
never got around to installing and testing debian and redhat packages
for 0.11.0.

There is an (untested?) redhat package at
<ftp://ftp.mercury.cs.mu.oz.au/pub/mercury/beta-releases/0.11/mercury-compiler-0.11.0-1.i386.rpm>.

I don't know if it works or not.  I can't easily test it right now.

If it works, please copy it from the beta-releases/0.11 directory
to the pub/mercury directory; that will fix the dangling link.
(The files are in ceres:~ftp).  Likewise for the .src.rpm.
