[m-dev.] Moving towards a new release

It's been a long time since the last release and I've been noticing an
increasing number of little problems creeping into the ROTDs.

I think we should meet to arrange a plan for
(a) making the current system stable and
(b) working out what needs to be done for 0.12

Can everybody involved (Zoltan, Julien, Ian and me at least) make it for
Monday 2pm?
