[m-dev.] Rotor RFP

Is anyone interested in doing Mercury-related projects with Rotor,
Microsoft's "shared source" .NET implementation?  There is substantial
Microsoft funding available for Rotor projects.  See
<http://research.microsoft.com/Collaboration/University/Europe/RFP/Rotor2>.

The deadline for funding applications is Jan 30th.
