I've been working on some tasks that were mentioned in the meeting a
while ago, and in review comments since then.  The current status of
each task is:

	1) Compile the declarative debugger unconditionally and remove
	all references to MR_USE_DECL_DEBUG.  [committed]

	2) Always print syntactically correct goals in the declarative
	debugger.  [committed]

	3) Use list syntax when printing goals.  [posted for review;
	since there have been no further comments after the initial
	ones, I'll commit this soon]

	4) Adjust the default size parameters.  [this won't really be
	required after task 3 is committed]

	5) When reporting an incorrect contour, print the contour.
	[currently working on this]
