Is that parenthetical comment correct?
Why aren't the none.* grades supported?

I suggest using `\r' rather than `\015'.

That comment is wrong.  The grades `none.gc.tr.debug',
`none.gc.prof', etc. are interesting, because they let
the user do debugging, profiling (for test coverage analysis),
trailing, etc.

For that reason, it would make sense to install those grades
in addition to hlc.gc.
