[m-dev.] another test case failure

tests/hard_coded/existential_rtti fails with `--debug'.
The symptom is the following:
	
	$ mmc -Cv --debug existential_rtti.m
	...
	% Generating low-level (LLDS) code for unification predicate
		for type (existential_rtti:multi2) mode 0
	Uncaught exception:
	Software Error: variable TypeClassInfo_for_c2 (9) not found
	Stack dump not available in this grade.

DJ, could you please investigate this one?
