The log message should mention the rationale for the second part of the
change (e.g. "..., to avoid type errors in the initializers for
compiler-generated type_ctor_infos." or something along those lines)_.

Apart from that, and the issue I mentioned in my previous mail
(some #defines that should go in mercury_bootstrap.h), this change
looks fine.
