Please do `mmake realclean'

Hi,

The `.int' (etc.) files generated by the old version of the compiler
contain references to `mercury_builtin:...', which no longer exists,
and hence they do not work with the new version of the compiler
installed today.

Thus if you get a strange errors, such as

	Software Error: mode_get_insts_semidet failed

then please do `mmake realclean' and then remake.
