Distribution archives.

A while ago I said I'd be splitting 0.7 into 2 tar archives, to remove
the extras from the normal source code. Of course, we'll leave the
old (full) source archive as it is.

I think that in future, we should probably split the distribution
by default (including rotds) - the distribution is getting pretty
big anyway, and it be easier to document than having the distribution
available in two different formats (it might also be worthwhile having a
sep. CVS module for extras too, but that's not a big deal).
And the variety of copyrights in extras makes it a bit cleaner to 
just keep it separate.
