[m-users.] Announce: Mfwpar - master/feeder/workers parallelisation for Mercury

Hi!

I'm pleased to release the first version of my Mfwpar parallelisation
library.

This library provides an easy way to parallelise Mercury programs. You split
up the task in work items (chunks) that will be processed by dedicated
worker threads. The library cares for the distribution of the work and the
aggregation of the results, with the help of plugins provided by the user.
