[m-users.] A New Tutorial

Hi all,

I've written a new tutorial, in which I attempt to present the language's core concepts in a way that will not be too alienating. I only had a very limited amount of time so the quality is not very good, but I still hope it could be of help.

I do plan on writing a whole book eventually, but that unfortunately has to wait.
