[m-users.] Compiling with Emscripten

Perfect! I'm surprised I didn't find this with Google..

Ok, so now im `mgnuc` to create my binary.

I'm almost there. I'm now just stuck on how to make the `*.mh` files for
`mercury/library`. Which includes things like array.m and io.m.
